We are currently expanding our team and we are looking for an Office Manager/Receptionist who will be responsible for performing secretarial and administration duties and ensuring the overall smooth running of the office.
- Performing advanced secretarial tasks of a confidential nature.
- Reception duties, including greeting guests and answering telephones in a pleasant and positive manner.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment and arranging for any maintenance required.
- Ensuring the overall smooth running of the office.
- Cooperating effectively with other departments as necessary.
- Taking minutes during meetings.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.
- A positive attitude and proactive work ethic.
- Professional appearance and conduct at all times, even under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Fluency in English is required and fluency in Greek would be considered advantageous
- Fast learner.
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook).
