Office Manager/Receptionist

Job Description

We are currently expanding our team and we are looking for an Office Manager/Receptionist who will be responsible for performing secretarial and administration duties and ensuring the overall smooth running of the office.


Main Responsibilities

  • Performing advanced secretarial tasks of a confidential nature.
  • Reception duties, including greeting guests and answering telephones in a pleasant and positive manner.
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment and arranging for any maintenance required.
  • Ensuring the overall smooth running of the office.
  • Cooperating effectively with other departments as necessary.
  • Taking minutes during meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time.

  • Professional appearance and conduct at all times, even under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Fluency in English is required and fluency in Greek would be considered advantageous
  • Fast learner.
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook).
